Unit system (required) Imperial uses feet and square feet; metric uses meters and square meters.

Project length (required) Surface length: feet in imperial mode or meters in metric mode.

Project width (required) Surface width or height: feet in imperial mode or meters in metric mode.

Openings to subtract Combined doors, windows, stair openings, or other gaps: square feet in imperial mode or square meters in metric mode.

Sheets on hand Whole plywood sheets you already have for the Sheets → Area mode.

Sheet size (required) Choose a standard panel size, including metric presets, or choose Custom.

Custom sheet length Only used when Sheet size is Custom. Enter feet in imperial mode or meters in metric mode.

Custom sheet width Only used when Sheet size is Custom. Enter feet in imperial mode or meters in metric mode.

Waste allowance (%) (required) Use about 10% for straight rectangular subfloor runs; 15–20% for angled cuts, cabinetry, or many obstacles.

Price per sheet Optional. Multiplies the rounded sheet count in Area → Sheets mode.

How it works
